Can I cancel my order after placing it?
Since most of our products are made to order, cancellations are generally not accepted. However, if you have placed an order by mistake, you may contact our support team within 24 hours of placing the order to request a correction.
What is the return policy for KOII products?
KOII accepts returns within 15 days from the date of delivery. The product must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with all tags and packaging intact to be eligible for a return.
