Return, Exchange & Cancellation Policy

At KOII, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every product you purchase from us. However, in the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your purchase, the following Return, Exchange, Cancellation & Refund Policy shall apply to all purchases made through our website.

Cancellation Policy (Website Orders)

Customers may initiate an order cancellation only until the order has not been shipped from our warehouse.
Cancellation requests can be made by visiting the “My Orders” section of your account on the website.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Return & Exchange Policy

Customers may initiate a return or exchange request within 15 days from the date of delivery of the product.
Return or exchange requests must be initiated by emailing us at sales@koii.in with order details.
Products must be handed over to our authorized shipping partner along with:

Original invoice/bill copy
Product with intact tags
Original packaging
Product in unused, unwashed, unaltered, and saleable condition

This condition is mandatory for all returns and exchanges.

Refund Policy

Prepaid Orders

Refunds for prepaid orders will be initiated within 7–10 working days after the returned product is received and successfully inspected at our warehouse.
Refunds will be processed to the original source of payment.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

Refunds for COD orders will be initiated within 7–10 working days after the product has been picked up by our shipping partner.
Customers must share valid bank account details for refund processing.

Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items

Products purchased during discounts, sales, or promotional offers are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
Return are accepted only for products purchased directly from the KOII website.
International orders are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Product Inspection

All returned products are subject to quality inspection at our warehouse.
KOII reserves the right to reject a return or exchange if the product does not meet the return eligibility conditions.

Damaged or Tampered Packages

Please do not accept delivery if you believe the outer packaging is damaged, opened, or tampered with.
In such cases, immediately contact our customer support team at sales@koii.in for assistance or replacement.

General Conditions

KOII reserves the right to modify this policy at any time without prior notice.
The final decision regarding acceptance of return, exchange, or refund rests solely with KOII.
